Change "Registered To" name on Windows computer
To change the "Registered To" name on your pc, you will have to edit the registry.
Follow steps and you will be able to edit the name in a few quick steps.
1. Click start and go to run. You would receive a command box.
2. Type in "regedit". You will then see the Registry Editor window.
3. You will then click on "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE".
4. Then go to "Software".
5. Then go to "Microsoft".
6.Then go to "Windows NT".
7. Then go to "Current Version".
8.You will then move to the right side and double click on "Registered Owner".
Now you will see the edit string window and you can edit the value data to what ever you want as your Computer's Registered To name.
9. Then click OK. Close all windows and Restart computer.
