Navigate to,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
Create a DWORD value called LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy and assign it a value of 1.
A reboot is recommended but not required, however, restarting the Server service is necessary.
